Off Line Cooling System

Cooling systems are often left unattended for long periods of time and provide ideal conditions for problem causing bio-films to form. This can lead to corrosion issues, tube fouling and poor cooling performance once the system is put back into service. In addition, a lack of water circulation can result in high head pressures, high electricity costs and chiller shutdown.

Our off line cooling system provides a simple solution to these problems. It bypasses the hydraulic system by drawing oil directly from the tank or sump. The cooled oil is then returned back into the hydraulic circuit. This design ensures that the cooler does not experience any excessive pressure pulses that can cause damage to a heat exchanger or premature failure. It is ideally suited for retro-fitting to existing machines in need of oil cooling. The cooler is easy to install and can be dismantled for flushing with counter current perchloride.
