Getting started
We’re here to help you make your pizza experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, so we’ve put together some top tips for making the most of your time in the kitchen. First things first, we recommend that you bring your own ingredients with you for the pizza backen – this can save you a lot of money and hassle!
Preparing the dough
The best way to prepare your dough is to knead it in a large mixing bowl or on your counter until it becomes stiff. Then place it on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until you have a good doughy base.
Creating the sauce
The pizza sauce is one of the most important parts of your recipe – it’s what makes this dish so special and it’s also what gives it that characteristic pizza flavour. To make your sauce, we recommend combining tomato paste with garlic and herbs, such as basil or thyme.
For extra kicks, you can add a bit of chilli powder and some red pepper flakes if you like it hot. You can also try a dash of Worcestershire sauce and some lemon juice to give it an even more Italian taste!
