If you are a fan of Yellowstone, you may be curious about when the new season begins. The good news is that there are several ways to find out. You can check out the Vudu, iTunes, Amazon Prime, and more.
Season 5 premieres November 13
If you haven’t seen the new “Yellowstone” series, now is the time to get caught up. Season five of this wildly popular western series will premiere on the Paramount Network on November 13. With 14 episodes, this is going to be one of the longest seasons of the series so far.
Season 5 will follow the Dutton family as they face challenges from nearby Indian reservations, local developers, and the national park. It’s also a series that has a lot of drama and romance.
Kevin Costner will reprise his role as the patriarch John Dutton. In addition to that, the cast includes Kelly Reilly as his daughter Beth, Luke Grimes as his son Kayce, and Gil Birmingham as the Chief of Police Thomas Rainwater.
The new season will be split into two parts. The first half will air every Sunday through December 18. That’s seven episodes. However, it’s not yet clear when the second part will air.
Yellowstone’s last season was a bit of a mess. It felt as if it was limping along until the next big decision. But after the season finale, it looks like the show might have found its footing again.
This series has a lot to offer fans of the Western genre. Even if it’s not quite the hit that it was in the past, it’s still a show worth watching.
You can get the latest episodes on Amazon Prime, Vudu, Peacock, or Sling. Subscribers to these services can watch live and on demand. For a limited time, you can even get a free trial to Sling.
Midseason finale
The midseason finale of Yellowstone was a little underwhelming. However, the series is still a fan favorite. With over 10 million people tuning in for its season premiere, the show’s fifth season has proven to be a resounding success.
During the midseason finale, the Bunkhouse Boys make a huge change. One of the characters, Monica, lost her baby in the season opener. Now, she’s feeling frenetic.
On the other hand, Jamie Dutton is back in the fold as a political advisor to his father, John. Meanwhile, the Dutton family moves to Helena and begins a squabble with Caroline Warner. This is a logical move because the Dutton family owns the largest contiguous ranch in the U.S. It also has the potential to become infected with Brucellosis.
As of right now, there’s no release date for the second half of Season 5. There’s also no word on the production schedule. However, the network has released a short teaser trailer.
Hopefully, there’s more to come. But, it’s hard to tell if that’s a good thing or not. After all, no one wants to spoil a great TV show.
The next time on Yellowstone is reportedly coming in the form of a two-part miniseries. Part two is expected to be aired sometime in 2023.
The show’s second half will feature an all-new character named Sarah Atwood, played by Dawn Olivieri. She’s an environmental advisor.
